This workout is designed to train our hearts for health and fitness through strength and cardio intervals, using inspirational music and encouragement in our time together while promoting flexibility. Led by a certified trainer.
Class time is 8:15 AM to 9:05 AM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday held in the church gym. Bring weights, towel, and a mat, and wear sneakers. Adaptions will be given for all levels.
Cost $5.00 per class.
