ABOUT CROPS FOR HUNGER

Crops for Hunger Growing Project, a ministry of Deep Run East Mennonite Church has partnered with Growing Hope Globally to implement an agricultural growing project on the church’s 40 acres of tillable land as a means of sharing our abundant crops with people less fortunate.

ROADSIDE STAND

Available seven days a week.

This roadside stand can be found in our DRE Grove area
(Kellers Church Road
across from church).
It will consist of primarily sweet corn and possibly other vegetables
when available from
a local farm in Bedminster.

FINANCIAL DONATIONS

This ministry will help people around the world that are hungry and don’t have the security of food like we do multiple times each day.

DRE is partnering with
Growing Hope Globally,
a national non-profit organization.
They support programs around
the world to provide education
for sustainable agriculture for
their specific regions,
and provide resources
to implement the programs.
